What's included with my venue rental?

Your rental includes exclusive access to The Arch Room, our private dining space with a private bar, along with tables, chairs, napkin linens, flatware, and service staff.

What is the capacity of your private dining room?

The Arch Room accommodates up to 40 guests for seated dinners or 50 guests for standing cocktail-style gatherings.

What kind of event spaces do you offer?

South Kitchen + Bar offers The Arch Room, an intimate, private dining room with warm lighting, polished wood accents, and a private bar — ideal for rehearsal dinners, brunches, and milestone celebrations.

Can we bring in our own decor?

You’re welcome to bring simple décor or floral arrangements that enhance your event style or you may use our in-house floral design team. We ask that you avoid any adhesives, confetti, or open flames.

What kind of lighting do you have available?

The Arch Room features soft ambient lighting and natural light from large windows, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere perfect for both daytime brunches and evening dinners.

Who is responsible for set up and tear down?

What is the timeline for planning at your venue?

We recommend reserving 4–6 weeks in advance for small dinners and 2–3 months ahead for larger or seasonal events.

Do you have any restrictions on music or entertainment?

Because The Arch Room is located off the main restaurant, custom music or live entertainment is not allowed.

Are tables and chairs included in the rental fee?

Yes, tables, chairs, house napkin linens, and standard table settings are included.
